LIMITS

The event sources do not establish a particular person's exposure, dose or medical nexus. The water-system reports do not establish every building's water quality in every historical year. No reviewed Board decision establishes compensation for exposure to the September 1985 spill or confirms contaminated drinking water in 1987. Board decisions are individual and nonprecedential.

The 125 mention count in the Sulfuric acid section comes from a local corpus searched September 12, 2026. It is neither an exposure count nor a success rate. The separate April 2026 case was found on the VA site and is absent from that local snapshot.
