Each SMC level pays for a different combination of severe disabilities. Browse them from SMC-K up to SMC-T.
- SMC-K (loss or loss of use) Extra pay for loss or loss of use of a body part.
- SMC-L (aid & attendance) The base aid-and-attendance level.
- SMC-M (loss combinations) Higher pay for combinations of severe losses.
- SMC-N (higher combinations) Pay for more severe loss combinations.
- SMC-O (blindness / paralysis) The top statutory level for specific severe combinations.
- SMC-P (intermediate rates) The half-step rates between the named levels.
- SMC-R1 / R2 (special aid) The highest levels, for daily skilled or personal care.
- SMC-S (housebound) The housebound level and its two qualifying paths.
- SMC-T (TBI) The TBI-specific aid-and-attendance level.
