Streptococcic arthritis is joint inflammation caused by streptococcal bacteria (the same type that causes strep throat). This diagnostic code 5008 doesn't have its own rating schedule, which means the VA will rate your condition under a different, more general arthritis code that matches your specific symptoms and joint involvement. The actual rating percentage you receive will depend on which joints are affected and how much they limit your range of motion and function.
