PACT Act Presumptive Conditions

The PACT Act (Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022) expanded VA benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, radiation, and other toxic substances. If you served in a covered location during a covered period, the VA presumes your condition is service-connected, so you don't have to prove the link yourself.
